Do you work with exotics?

  • Yes! Alongside working with dogs and cats, we work with rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents, birds, reptiles, and a wide variety of other exotics as well. 

What is the best way to contact us?

  • The best way to get in touch with us is to call 704-274-1111 during business hours, where a customer service specialist can assist you. We also accept email at racecityanimal@gmail.com or voice mail. Further information is under our Contacts page. 

Do we perform after-hours emergency care?

  • We do not take emergencies outside of business hours at this time. Please refer to local urgent care providers for any after hours emergency needs.
